Pre-Production
We first got the idea for this piece of crap back in 2006. We were in a drama lesson and part of that lesson was to make film, sort of, So me and George turn to each other and agree to making a film. Later it evolved into a home video, rather than a drama project.
We didn't really know anything about film making, except to point the camera at people and press record. But we did want to make a film long before hand and now we had a motivation to do it. I think that the idea of the film came from the name, for some reason we were saying El Diablo a lot around the school. So we made a film out of the title.
Production
After writing the 17-paged screenplay, Chris Shephard wrote in the whacky native american scene. We started filming. As we filmed, many differences occured between the film and the screenplay. For instance Bob was meant to explode at one point. Even Frank was exploding at another point, and we even shot some of it.We had a few problems socialy in the making of the film, mainly when people started to loose interest. I'm quite sure George Bark wanted to direct.
Post-Production
This was first time we editing something properly. Many things didn't work, such as back ground noise was always a problem. For music, we just stole tracks from the video game "alien trilogy."
To this day, the film has been lost on an old laptop, the adaptor has been damaged. When a new adaptor has been aquired, the film might be released youtube.
