Pre-Production

We did want to make another film, we had finished El Diablo a little disapointed. So, we decided to make another El Diablo which, we felt, would please us more.

When waiting for a film to come on Film Four, I was searching though some channels to find something to put on in the meantime. I stopped at the Sci-Fi channel, it was playing Evil Dead II. I pressed info over it and stated the film was funny.

So I stuck it on. Not thinking much of it at that point.

But I really loved it! In fact, That film changed my views on film making drasticly. I didn't end up watching that film on Film Four, instead I watched the full one hour and twenty mins of Evil Dead 2.

Production

For some stupid reason, I decided that I could make 1 hour and 20 min film. (Even though it took a much older Peter Jackson 4 years to make Badtaste.)

El Diablo II, turned into basically a rip off of Evil Dead 2. Right down to the book of the dead and people being possesed (even though in El Diablo a person got possesed, but the precible was the same as Evil Dead II) We started filming around Halloween time.

Of course, this film just fell to pieces. We had to do many re-shoots because of changes in ideas, which made the schdule choatic (if you would call that un-organized excuse of schdule a schdule.) Also, many re-shoots were forced upon filming when certain actors left because of lack of interest.

Post-Production

Even though the film had to be canceled for various reason, we film rather a lot. Best guess between 20-50 mins worth of edited footage. Film is currently stuck on an old laptop, when the footage is retreived it may be realised. Although the footage is not in any real order, although there are some squences.
